Grasshopper

Yesterday, while I was at work, Amos and Louisa went to the Natural History Museum to see Louisa's favorite DC attraction. While they were there, an entomologist was giving a demonstration in the bug wing (probably not the official name of the area) and giving kids the opportunity to touch the bugs. Of course, our future entomologist had no fear about holding the creatures.

After holding the grasshopper, she was able to hold a caterpillar as well. She spent the evening telling us (and my sister and Shelise on the phone) how she held and cuddled these guys.
